Partial Dentures Click thumbnail to enlarge A partial denture is a removable artificial oral appliance that restores a partial arch, replaces multiple missing teeth, and is placed on a completely healed jaw ridges. It can be attached to the teeth with clasps (clasp or conventional partial) or it can be attached to the teeth with crowns with precision attachments (hidden clasps).
